FAQs

Can I drop off my child at any time?

Yes, you can drop off your child at any time, as long as our facility is not at capacity, we would be happy to care for your child. We are now accepting children for full-time and part-time care also.

What do I need to do to sign up?

We make the registration process easy and convenient.  You can print and fill out our registration forms, you can register in person, or we can send it to you via email. There is a required $25 per child registration fee that is due prior to your child's first day. If your child has vouchers, you will not be charged the $25 registration fee.

Are immunizations required?

We do require immunizations to be up-to-date and accurate for the age of your child.

Will you be serving food? Can I bring in food?

Now that we offer Full-Time care, families are required to provide the meals and snacks for their children. We have a food exemption which means we are not able to prepare food.  Please send your child with already prepared meals and snacks.

We are a NUT FREE facility and examples include (crackers, pretzels, chips, fruit snack).

Who can pick up my child?

Anyone on your authorized pick-up list that was filled out through Procare. Staff will check ID’s of people picking up at pickup.

Can we reserve time slots?

Currently we encourage drop-in students to reserve time when they know they need care.  This will prevent any frustration if we are at ratio and can not accept your child.  If you have a time reserved and know you can not make it, we ask you call to cancel so we can accept another child.  If you do not cancel with appropriate amount of time, you will no longer be able to reserve time.

Is Play4Hours safe and secure?

We pride ourselves with how secure our center is. We use PB&J TV to monitor activities throughout the day and have the latest security measures installed for our building through ADT.
