What to Expect 
on your Child's 
First Day?

Hello!  What is a drop-in childcare facility and what do I need to know before dropping off my children?  Play4Hours is a childcare facility in which you can DROP OFF your child for hours of play and learning.  There are no reservations at this time, so it is first come, first serve.  There is no commitment required. We will also be offering Full-Time care starting in May 2023. When you need safe and reliable childcare in a pinch, we are here for you!!

What to bring with you?

FORMS

12 months - 18 months old

  1. CHILD ENROLLMENT & HEALTH INFORMATION FORM

  2. CHILD MEDICAL STATEMENT FOR CHILDCARE (this form is due within 30 days)

  3. COT CONSENT

  4. PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE


​18 months - 5 years (not yet in Kindergarten)

ITEMS FROM HOME
Be sure to pack the following:
  • Socks

    • Children must remove shoes upon arrival​

    • We have socks for sale - $4.00

  • Snacks/Meals

    • We do not provide any snacks​/meals

    • We are a nut-free facility

    • Good snack options: goldfish, pretzels, graham crackers

    • Meals need to be prepared ahead of time, we are unable to prepare meals. 

  • Breastmilk

    • expressed in bottle

    • must sign consent (see above in "additional forms")​

  • Diapers

    • We do have diapers available for sale- $2.50/diaper​

  • Blanket

    • We have facility wide nap or quiet time between times of 12:30-2:30pm. If your child will be at our center at this time, please provide a blanket. â€‹

  • Summer- Sunscreen

ADDITIONAL FORMS

Does your child have any health concerns?

  • This can include asthma, seizures, food allergies, ect.

  • We do not administer any medications, however, we work with you to come up with a care plan while your child is in our care.

Are you a breast-feeding mom?

  • We are a breast-friendly facility

  • Although we do not prepare any food, we can provide your child with breast milk if needed.

  • BREAST MILK WAIVER

Hourly Rate​

  • We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, google pay, and cash app

  • We are a cashless facility

  • We charge by increments of 15 minutes for drop-in care, increments of 1 hour for packages.


Additional Costs:
  • Registration Fee

    • Registration fee of $25/child due on child's first day​

  • Socks

    • $4.00/pair​

  • Diaper

    • $2.50/diaper​

  • Play4Hours uses the app Procare to communicate with parents about their child's stay.

PB&J  TV FAMILY APP

  • Play4Hours allows parents to view their children on video while under our care. Download the PB&J App to view video of the inside of our facility.
